We Offer Two Fantastic Options For Employment With Laser Lending!
This option is ideal for the person who would like to work full-time in the mortgage industry. The full-time option is for those who can dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week building their clientele and working the loans in their pipeline.
Those that work full-time would be eligible for monthly or bi-monthly salary draws. (Restrictions do apply.)
This option is ideal for the person who has their mortgage license and would like to mostly refer their clients, friends and family to the Principal Lending Manager who would do the bulk of the work on the loan. At closing, the referring Loan Officer would be paid a commission as if they had closed the loan. This option allows the Loan Officer to continue working at their regular day job but still have the opportunity to make some money in the mortgage industry as well.
This option may also be ideal for the candidate who would like to learn the mortgage industry as much as they can before they quit their regular employment. Because they would be working directly with the Principal Lending Manager, they would receive expert guidance and training as they refer clients.

SUMMARY OF LASER LENDING OPPORTUNITY - (Full-Time Candidates)
Laser Lending is hiring happy, outgoing and experienced Loan Officers! Commuting and working in an office is a thing of the past!
Experience the freedom and flexibility of working from home. Since we are only licensed in Utah, we are looking for Loan Officers who live and work in Utah.
Loan Officers must be comfortable with technology and be able to use our electronic systems to transact any given loan.
Minimum Closing Volume
We are looking for Loan Officers who can generate a minimum of 10 closed loans per year and hopefully more!
Must have an active Loan Officer License through the NMLS. Please provide your NMLS number. The successful candidate must also have a very solid internet connection as well as newer computer equipment. Unfortunately, out-dated computers do not work very well with the technology that we use.
This opportunity is commission based. When the company provides a lead that closes, the split is 45/55 with 45% paid to the Loan Officer. When the Loan Consultant generates their own lead, it is a 70 /30 split, with 70% paid to the Loan Consultant. Close your own leads and you make a lot more money! The following Laser Lending Fees apply on each closed loan: $99 Application Fee & $149 Marketing / Overhead Fee. Loan Consultants are considered W2 employees with Laser Lending responsible for their portion of the typical payroll taxes.

Laser Lending will provide access to our database of 5000+ leads which have generated many closings. We provide access to Credit Reports, Loan Sifter, Calyx Point & LeadMailBox.com to manage all leads and loans. Additionally, Laser Lending will provide access to our Microsoft 365 Platform for Email and file-sharing purposes.
Laser Lending has a custom email marketing program that allows Loan Officers to build an email database and then market to your database on a regular basis.
Additionally, Laser Lending provides a 1st Class Loan Quoting Tool on the Home Page of LaserLending that allows potential borrowers to get a loan quote in 1 Minute! The borrower can then select their Loan Officer and apply online, which streamlines the process and allows the Loan Officer to effectively work with their clientele. Also Laser Lending provides a custom built tool that allows the Loan Officers to send loan quotes electronically to their clients. This facilitates the process as the borrower can preview the quote in their email and the Loan Officer can see when the quote has been reviewed.
Our Mentor Program pairs Loan Officers with the Principal Lending Manager to help facilitate a jump start to loan closings. The Loan Officer and Principal Lending Manager work together on a few loans until the Loan Officer is comfortable and ready to originate and close loans on their own. Of course, the Principal Lending Manager will always be available to answer questions and resolve concerns.
We are specifically looking for LO's who are set-up and prefer to work from their home offices. Laser Lending is built to support Loan Officers who have the ability to work from home.
Laser Lending also provides access to a Conference Room in Sandy, Utah as well as additional Conference Rooms along the Wasatch Front. Should a Loan Officer need to meet a client, we have Conference Rooms available from Layton to Orem.
Laser Lending has built a 1st Class System that utilizes online tools to submit loans and otherwise transact a loan. Most of the loan process can be started and completed online.
