Laser Lending is hiring Part-Time Loan Officers!
Quick Summary of the Opportunity
The Laser Lending Partnership Program is designed to help licensed Loan Officers earn some money while still working at their full time employment. Loan Officers who place their license with Laser Lending have the opportunity to partner with our Principal Lending Manager who will manage the origination, processing and closing of the transaction. The Loan Officer will assist as needed and help ensure that the loan documentation is obtained from the borrower in a timely manner.
How Does The Partnership Work?
When you have a friend or family that would like to start a loan, simply call/text or email the Principal Lending Manager and discuss the borrower's needs. Can My Prospective Borrower Get a Quote Before They Start Their Application?
Sure. Unlike most lenders, we can generate a loan quote very quickly. Just send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What Type Of Loans and Borrowers Does Laser Lending Work With?
Our goal is to close loans in 30 days or less. We are a preferred broker for one of the nation's largest lenders and as such we can provide very attractive interest rates and originate / close loans very quickly. Our speciality is working with borrowers who have average to exceptional FICO scores who can document income and provide the necessary financials required for most loans. We are not able to do any credit repair but we can refer you to a local credit repair company. Our expertise is working with regular, qualified mortgages. We are not structured to transact Non-QM mortgages at this time. If you have additional questions whether a loan would work, we are happy to discuss the specifics.
Partnership Program Compensation Structure
Because both the Principal Lending Manager as well as the Loan Officer will work together on getting the loan closed, both parties will share in the compensation. The compensation is designed to be fair to the Lending Manager who will do the bulk of the work, while also being equitable to the Loan Officer who referred the borrower.
